Multiple Myeloma Awareness Ribbons

Multiple myeloma is a cancer that forms in a type of white blood cell called a plasma cell. Healthy plasma cells help you fight infections by making antibodies that recognize and attack germs. In multiple myeloma, cancerous plasma cells accumulate in the bone marrow and crowd out healthy blood cells.

The Geller Oncology Fund assists countless individuals navigating cancer and cancer treatments. They help with transportation to and from treatment, grocery bills, and monthly expenses related to cancer and cancer treatment. The Geller Oncology Fund has also helped with balances on medical bills and provided financial assistance with bills for prescription medications.
