Back To Life- LOURDES HEALTH & FITNESS

Back to Life

Targeted to ease chronic lower back pain, this program includes Pilates Reformer, mindfulness techniques, aerobic, and strengthening exercises.

Option of small group or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind/body classes. Duration: Two Months.

Bariatric Wellness - LOURDES HEALTH & FITNESS

Bariatric

Designed for those working to reduce weight before/after surgery or through medical management. This program includes water and land-based exercises, and one mind-body class per week.

Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one.
Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind-body classes | Duration: Two Months

Lourdes Health & Fitness - Cancer

Cancer

A holistic approach to survivorship that offers supervised exercise, meditation/yoga, education, and support throughout your personal journey. The exercise component specifically accommodates your cancer diagnosis and treatments, with direction and support from your care team.

Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind/body classes. Duration: Two Months.

Cardiac - LOURDES HEALTH & FITNESS

Cardiac

Continue your cardiac rehabilitation journey with a supervised, progressive exercise plan without EKG monitoring. This option is ideal for those who have completed rehabilitation or are considered ineligible for a monitored program due to criteria established by their insurance company.

Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions. Duration: Two Months.

Diabetes Exercise - LOURDES HEALTH & FITNESS

Diabetes Exercise

Designed for individuals with type I, type II, or prediabetes. Each exercise program is based on individual needs with guidance from your doctors, a diabetes educator, and other members of your doctor’s team.

Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions and 8 Group Fitness classes. Duration: Two Months.

ForwardFit- LOURDES HEALTH & FITNESS

ForwardFit

Created to empower breast cancer survivors, using evidence-based exercise programs and integrative wellness methods. This program offers an approach to recovery that strengthens and honors the mind, body, and spirit.

Total of 16 sessions and 8 Group Fitness classes. Duration: Two Months.

Movewell- LOURDES HEALTH & FITNESS

Movewell

Tailored to individuals with one or more of these medical conditions: knee/hip replacement, joint pain, arthritis, and chronic pain syndrome. This program promotes strength, improves balance, and increases functionality. Participants become empowered to be more active through water and land-based exercises.

Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one.
Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind/body classes. Duration: Two Months.

Lourdes Health & Fitness - Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Designed to help individuals with MS manage their health and increase their level of physical activity in a safe, motivating environment. In addition to exercise, this program includes health education, relaxation skills, and self-care.

Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind/body classes. Duration: Two Months.

Parkinson's - LOURDES HEALTH & FITNESS

PArkinson’s

Supervised exercise and group support designed to help improve your quality-of-life and more effectively manage symptoms. The program is tailored to your individual needs and goals. It is modified for all mobility situations, including those who walk independently as well as those who use a cane or wheelchair.

Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind/body classes. Duration: Two Months.

Lourdes Health & Fitness - Post Covid 19

Post-COVID

The Post-COVID program is a supervised exercise program for people who had COVID-19 and continue to struggle with decreased stamina, muscle strength, and mobility.

Total of two customized, supervised exercise sessions and one mind/body class per week.
Duration: Eight weeks (based on your individual needs and goals)

Pre-Op-Fitness - LOURDES HEALTH & FITNESS

Pre-Op Fitness

Improve your fitness level as you prepare for a surgical procedure. Research shows increasing your fitness level prior to surgery improves post-surgical outcomes. This program was developed under the guidance of doctors, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals.

Total of 3 supervised Small Group exercise sessions a week. Duration: Two to Six Weeks

Women's Health & Wellness Retreat - LOURDES HEALTH & FITNESS

Women’s Health & Wellness Retreat

Small group exercise and health education program specifically designed to provide women with the support needed to address health and fitness challenges unique to their life stage.

Women only, Small Group Training two times a week. Multiple group exercise classes including yoga, Zumba®, aquatics, and meditation with a personalized exercise program.

Lourdes Health and Fitness - SST - Smart Sports Training

SST – Smart Sports Training Program

This program is designed to help young athletes reduce their risk of ACL tears and other lower extremity injuries by improving their functional strength, power, and agility.
