Group Fitness classes provide accountability and structure. Under the direction of a fitness professional, you are assured a balanced workout in a set amount of time. You can do the same class a few times a week or vary it. A Group Fitness instructor can help advance your fitness level with directions on when and how to intensify the routine. Of course, this can be done at your own pace.

Our Group Fitness team is passionate about Health and Fitness as a lifestyle. They enjoy sharing that with our members.

We offer a large variety of classes each week in our Centers, including bootcamp, boxing, HIIT, yoga, Pilates mat, T’ai Chi, Zumba®, aquatics strength and cardio, and cycle. Our Group Fitness team also hosts specialized workshops and supports members in activity-driven challenges to encourage participation.
