You’ll be sure to find the perfect class at any skill level with our wide range of class styles–from cardio, strength, low-impact, high-intensity, to aquas-based. Every Group Fitness Instructor is trained to safely and effectively help you get the most out of your workout. If you need assistance with modifications due to skill level or physical limitations, they’re here to guide you!

All Group Fitness classes are included with your membership. Once you pick your favorite classes, enjoy various times and instructors to accommodate your preferences.

Group Fitness class attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to reference the Group Fitness schedule for class information and any instructions for limited capacity classes.

Spring Les Mills™ Launch

All Group Fitness classes are included with your membership. Once you pick your favorite classes, enjoy various times and instructors to accommodate your preferences.

Group Fitness class attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Some classes may require reservations, please reference the Group Fitness Schedule.

AQUA

Enjoy full-body workouts that improve balance, flexibility, and mobility using the water’s resistance while reducing stress on your joints. Whether you want high-intensity cardio, toning, or endurance training, there’s a class for everyone!

BARRE PILATES

A fusion of barre and Pilates, these classes utilize classical ballet moves and various equipment to enhance flexibility and muscle strength while creating lean, long muscles. It is a fun and dynamic workout that will sculpt your whole body.

CYCLE

Bring your cycle training indoors. Your instructor will take you on a journey of climbs, sprints, and flat riding that will build endurance and burn calories. Adjust your resistance levels and speed, so every ride meets your expectations.

DANCE

Dance your way through an energetic, aerobic workout that will keep you coming back for more. The overall intensity will vary depending on the class style. Dance-based cardio classes make sweating fun, with tons of class options to choose from!

GENTLE/SENIOR

Improve physical and mental health with slower and therapeutic strength training, flexibility, balance, and breathing exercises. Choose from a variety of classes to help improve daily function and reduce the risk of injury.

LES MILLS

Pre-choreographed classes with new music and moves launched every three months–incorporating cardio, strength, flexibility, balance, and so much more! With a range of styles to choose from, you’re sure to find the right class for you!

MAT PILATES

This popular mat workout developed by Joseph Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on core muscles while also training your arms and legs, improving body alignment, and increasing muscular balance.

MIND-BODY

Whether its meditation, stretching, or Tai Chi, these classes will reduce stress and ease anxiety while increasing flexibility and balance by promoting serenity through gentle, flowing movements and concentrated breathing techniques.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (SGT)*

SGT combines the benefits of a Group Fitness class with the individualized attention of personal training. This hybrid program allows specialized attention while still maintaining the energy, fun, and social environment of group exercise.

GROUP FITNESS ETIQUETTE

To provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please be aware of the following:
CLASS PARTICIPATION
    • Some Group Fitness classes may have a capacity limit to the number of participants allowed. Please be sure to show up on time to make sure you get a spot.
      • Classes that utilize equipment will most likely have a capacity limit (i.e., cycle and aqua-based classes).
      • Be sure to reference the Group Fitness schedule for class information and any instructions for limited capacity classes.
    • Do not join a class that is in progress.
      • Please do not enter any class that has completed their warm-up.
    • Be courteous of space between yourself and other members during class.
    STUDIO ACCESS
    • Studios will not be accessible for use in between classes.
      • Please do not enter a studio outside of scheduled class times.
    • Studio doors will open approximately 10 minutes before the class starts.
      • If you arrive early, please wait in a line outside the studio.
    • Do not enter the studio until all participants in the previous class have exited.
    • At the end of class, please promptly exit the studio.
    • Avoid congregation outside of the studio entrance before and after class.
    EQUIPMENT & PERSONAL ITEMS
    • At the beginning of class, Instructors will instruct you which equipment you will need.
      • If you require additional or other equipment, see the instructor, and they will assist.
    • You may bring in your own equipment.
      • Please do not leave any personal equipment unattended at any time.
    • Please wipe down all equipment before and after use with the supplied hospital-grade disinfectant wipes.
    • At the end of class, remember to wipe down the equipment and put it away.
    • No personal belongings are permitted in the studio other than equipment, towel, or water bottle.
      • Please place your belongings in a locker inside the Locker Rooms or those provided in the hallways. (Remember to secure your belongings with a lock–locks are not provided. Locks are available for purchase at the Reception Desk.)
    • Please silence all cell phones during class.
      • If participants need to take a call or text, we ask that you please step out and rejoin the class when finished.
    AQUATICS GROUP CLASSES

    When in the aquatics center, please be mindful of our Aquatic Class Etiquette. These guidelines help minimize the risk of injury and provide optimal enjoyment for all participants.

    • Please arrive on time for class. Do not join a class that is in progress.
    • If you arrive early, please do not enter the pool if there is still a class in session or a member swimming in the lane.
    • Please shower prior to entering the pool.
    • Avoid congregation outside of the aquatic entrance before and after class.
    • Be courteous of the space between yourself and other members during class.
    • If your class involves equipment, remember to put it away at the end of class.
    • At the end of class if you are done with the water, please promptly exit the aquatic area.

    Facility staff reserve the right to eject and suspend any person from the Center for violation of facility rules or for any other action detrimental to the safe and orderly operation of the facility. Facility staff is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Lockers are made available for your security and convenience. Remember to bring your own lock for a locker–locks are not provided. Locks can be purchased at the Reception Desk.
