Join us for a peaceful, Sound Bath Meditation with renewing energy, a blissful self-care renewal for your mind, body, and soul.

Experience deep relaxation while reclining comfortably in a Savasana position and being bathed with sounds that will lull you into a deep, peaceful, and meditative state. Many instruments will be used such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rainsticks, and rattles.
This class will then be followed by natural, holistic practices that are known to reduce stress, reduce blood pressure, create positive balances in the nervous system, and remove energy blockages. As a result, you may feel a renewed sense of well-being, peace, harmony, and balance.
