I started training with Cindy to prepare for the Camino Frances, a 500-mile walk in Europe. She listened to my concerns and goals. Then she researched the best exercise for my particular needs, gave me options, and made it easy to adapt workouts to my schedule. I appreciated that she changed up the workouts and kept it from becoming boring. She was always encouraging and motivating during my sessions.
