Join us this Fall! Falling into Fall Restorative Yoga
Start the fall season with a relaxing yoga practice.
Thursday, September 14 and Thursday, September 28 | 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Restorative yoga is a restful practice focused on slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Using bolsters, blocks, and props, allow yourself to melt and surrender into the mat for a deep relaxation experience.
Licensed yoga practitioners will provide adjustments to provide additional gentle assistance into poses, thus providing a personalized full-body experience. Also, we will have singing bowls and aromatherapy to promote the ultimate deep relaxation experience!
