Lisa has made a tremendous difference in my life. My shoulders and legs are getting stronger. I have more range of motion and less pain in my knees. I can walk up and down stairs with more stability. It’s all due to Lisa. She has gently but consistently motivated me to try new things, challenge my body to stretch that extra inch, and do a few more exercises. I thank her so much for that. She is a dedicated, passionate, and kind person who knows what I need to do to strengthen my weak muscles. I can’t recommend Lisa more highly– she is wonderful.
