I started Small Group Training (SGT) with Keenan in January to decrease body fat, increase muscle, and learn proper weight lifting and workout techniques. Keenan has always been positive, encouraging, and patient, especially while teaching me how to safely and effectively perform his workouts. My confidence and knowledge to exercise independently significantly increased thanks to Keenan’s guidance. A recent InBody scan showed that my body fat percentage decreased by 9.2%, my skeletal muscle mass increased by 11.5 lbs, and my visceral fat level decreased from 16 to 11 over the last six months! I look forward to continuing my SGT with Keenan weekly and using the tools I have learned to continue progressing in my workouts!
