I am turning 72 this year and decided that after two decades of no exercise, I need to return to caring for my body. I joined a small group of women that Keenan worked with once a week. The fact that I was able to safely start an exercise program after such a long lapse was entirely due to working with Keenan. Keenan would modify exercises I had problems with due to previous injuries so I could still effectively exercise without injury. Keenan encourages progress without making you feel judged while ensuring you are exercising safely and staying injury-free.
