Zack is great. I have enjoyed every session with him. I started training with him to prepare for the Black Fly Challenge, a forty-mile mountain bike race. He helped me become stronger and more confident by race time. Zack takes the time to explain what you’re doing and why. I never used weights in training before, and he made me feel comfortable with the exercises. He kept the sessions from getting into the same routine, changing things up each time.
