I highly recommend my Personal Trainer, Cindy. She is extremely knowledgeable, consistent, and always pays close attention to detail, especially regarding proper form. Since training with her, I’ve seen a decrease in my body fat percentage, I feel stronger, and my clothes fit better. Her guidance and knowledge have made a real difference in my fitness journey. I am much more consistent with my workouts and have come to realize that it’s not always about the number on the scale!
