Tori approaches you and your goals holistically, checking in on how you’re doing before each workout. She always comes with a plan but can easily adapt based on how you or your body are feeling. She’s incredibly encouraging and knowledgeable, and her spirit shines, making our workouts feel like girl-power hangout time! In the two months I’ve been training with her, my body fat percentage has decreased, my skeletal muscle mass has increased, and my overall health has significantly improved. 10/10 stars.
