Working with Maverick has made a noticeable difference in my fitness and overall confidence. When I first started training with him, I was running my 5K at an 8:30 pace, and now I’m running it at 7:39 per mile. My VO₂ max also improved from 36.5 to 42 between August and November, showing how much stronger my endurance has become with his coaching.

I’ve seen positive changes in my body as well. My skeletal muscle mass increased from 74.5 pounds to 75.4 pounds, and my body fat dropped from 26 percent to 24.7 percent in just two months. These results reflect how Maverick’s guidance and support have helped me stay consistent and push myself in a healthy, sustainable way.

Overall, the progress I’ve made working with Maverick has been incredible, and it motivates me to keep improving.
