Why did you go into Personal Training?
After reaching and surpassing my own fitness goals—and developing a deep interest in nutrition and how the body functions—I became passionate about helping others do the same. No matter your age or current condition, I truly believe you have the power to improve, grow, and achieve goals you may have once thought were out of reach.
Fun Fact:
I’m also a certified dog trainer and behavior specialist, dedicated to helping dogs and their owners build better communication and trust.
