Why did you go into Personal Training?
I went into Personal Training because of being an athlete. I knew how important training is to take care of the body for functional movement as well as its importance in sports performance and recovery.

Eli is amazing! My friend June and I work out with Eli every Wednesday, and it’s an hour that we can’t wait for. He makes the workouts fun and motivates and challenges us to reach a level of fitness we would not reach on our own. We are not what you would call young anymore, but Eli encourages us to work hard, giving us a new sense of pride and contentment.

I started working with Eli in March of this year. I was impressed with the questions he asked during our assessment and his willingness to listen and understand my concerns. I knew he would be a perfect fit for me. I have been working with him once a week ever since. He is very knowledgeable. I like that he explains what exercises we will do at each session, and asks how I’m feeling before we start and if there are any concerns we need to address. This is important because I have a bad back and cannot do strength training without hurting myself. With Eli, I’ve improved my overall strength, and I am reaching my goals to tone up and strengthen without hurting my back. I always feel great after our sessions. I highly recommend Eli. He is prompt, personable, easy to talk to, and cares about my feelings. If you have back issues, I highly recommend you try Eli. He’s a great trainer and a tremendous asset to the gym.
