Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Plattsburgh State University, Associate’s Degree from Hudson Valley Community College, Fitness Specialist Certificate from Hudson Valley Community College, I.S.S.A. – C.P.T. and American Red Cross Adult/Child/Infant First Aid, CPR, and AED certified.

Work/Field Experience:
I have been around children my whole life. I am my family and friend’s go-to babysitter, and I have worked in childcare here at the center and in other roles before becoming the Childcare manager. My involvement with members during my Personal Trainer time on the fitness floor gives them confidence that they know who they are leaving their children with, which can be a comfort for many of them.
