Fun Fact:
I went from 25-30% body fat to under 10% in 1 year and achieved my goal of a one-arm pull and getting my abs back! I have been working out for 9 years and plan to compete in my first natural bodybuilding show.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I started working out when I was 14 and discovered bodybuilding and powerlifting. I played football as a kid and always wanted to get in shape, but weight training is what truly sparked my passion.
In high school, I began making YouTube videos to share what I was learning, which fueled my interest in fitness even more. Now, as a Personal Trainer, I help others get in shape, improve their health, and live their best lives.
Personal Training is an opportunity to make a real impact, helping people build strength, confidence, and a higher quality of life.
