Why did you go into Personal Training:
I want to be a personal trainer because I enjoy helping people improve their health, confidence, and quality of life. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy student, I have a strong foundation in exercise, movement, and injury prevention. Personal training allows me to apply that knowledge while motivating others to reach their goals and build lifelong healthy habits.

Fun Fact:
I am a black belt in taekwondo, and I taught myself how to play guitar and have been playing for over 10 years! I also have competed in several powerlifting competitions and currently hold a state record for bench press.
