B.S. in Health and Wellness Management with a minor in Athletic Coaching from SUNY Oswego. Plus, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certified.

Whether having a goal of weight loss, muscle growth or tone, improving mobility/flexibility, or simply better daily functioning, I am well versed in creating an effective and safe routine to reach those goals. My fitness programs are easy to understand, focusing on proper form and technique.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
I went into Personal Training with the mindset of helping as many people as I could. Not only to reach their goals, but also to help them feel more comfortable making this lifestyle change. The ability to help others, and see them reach their goals has been a driving force for me.

When I first met Alex almost a year ago, I was 62 but felt like 72. I could not even get down on the floor during my assessment due to the incredible pain in my knees. Alex was a good mixture of realizing my limits but pushing me just enough to constantly improve my overall physical health. I am completing five months of one-on-one training with Alex, which has changed my life! My knee pain is non-existent (such a massive increase in mobility), and I am much stronger and healthier than a year ago. Best of all? Now I am 63 but feel 53. Thanks to Alex, he is the best!
