I have personal trained in Chandler, Arizona, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Vestal and Johnson City, New York, and won awards for trainer of the year in 2016, 2018, and 2019 while in AZ.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I have been a part of fitness and wellness my whole life. I love helping others achieve a better quality of life. My personality aligns with personal training.

I joined the center with two goals in mind: be able to mow my small lawn in one day and be able to walk at least 5 miles. With three collapsed discs and my laziness, movement in general was difficult. My first goal was achieved within the first eight weeks, and I’m closing in on my second. Jordan Pero is my trainer; he knew this 72-year-old body could achieve my goals and more as he patiently guided me through the necessary steps. I am not lying; there were/are days I was not happy with him, but when I accomplished something, I was so glad he kept making me move forward. Jordan is a good trainer and human, so I’m so happy I got paired up with him.
