Why did you go into Personal Training?
Being a physical education teacher and coach for 33 years, I was always into fitness. I always worked out, but P90X was what got me into wanting to help people get to a better place.

I’ve been training with Cindy for seven months. I alternate between private and semi-private based on my schedule. Cindy is great at both! With semi-private, she manages to work with two people and make sure you’re both getting what you need.
My favorite thing about Cindy is the way she observes you while you’re working out. She is always looking at you from different sides and different angles and having you make adjustments so you are in proper alignment and getting 100% out of each exercise. I love how Cindy will adjust your workout if you’re not feeling 100% that day or if you have a muscle strain.
I’ve lost weight and toned up since I’ve been training with Cindy. She also has a great sense of humor, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer!

After completing the number of allowed sessions at the on-site Physical Therapy, I was at a loss as to how I would continue to gain strength and relieve lower back pain. I have a goal to transition from a walker to a cane and, in the future, to be walking freely. My Physical Therapist suggested that I might like the center. I took a tour, liked what I saw, and became a member. I also determined that a trainer would be beneficial. On June 12, 2024, I met with Cindy for the first time. I couldn’t have made a better match. Cindy is aware of my strengths and weaknesses. The sessions are never repetitive, and I know I have been making progress with Cindy’s encouragement. There are days when I don’t feel like going, but I always put my sneakers on and head out. And I am glad I do!
